2. What VitalSelf Does
VitalSelf is a health screening app that uses advanced video analysis on your device (edge computing) to assess general wellness indicators. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

3. What Data We Collect  

We do not collect or store any personal data, video footage, or health information. All data processing happens on your device, in real time, using edge computing. No data is transmitted to our servers or any cloud service.

4. Your Rights Under POPIA & GDPR
You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you (we hold no information about you).
• Request correction or deletion.
• Withdraw consent at any time (we hold no information about you).
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

5. Data Protection & Storage

• No raw video footage is uploaded, saved, or stored.
• No health results or personal identifiers leave your device.
• We do not retain any personally identifiable information (PII)

6. Sharing of Information

Since we do not collect, store, or process personal data, your data remains on your device, under your control. However, we still honour the spirit of data privacy and:

• Provide full transparency.
• Allow you to delete the app at any time without consequence

7. Children’s Privacy
VitalSelf is not intended for users under the age of 18.
