What to Do
Download the app. Follow the instructions:
- Fill in your name, age, weight, height, gender, and state if you are a smoker.
- Press "Start" to take a 60-second video selfie while sitting still, in good light.
- Your scores are delivered immediately to your phone screen as an easy-to-read report, and tap on the drop-down arrow if you want more information.
- You then choose if you want the report as an email or PDF download.
